Big improvements over my last visit in 2017. Called at 09:10 to enquire about notarising a signature. Got an exhaustive answer, arrived to Consulate at 10:05, left at 10:30 with notarised document. Really impressive!

Outrageous establishment. Could not vote in Presidential and Parliamentary elections this year, in order to renew passport it takes them more than 2 month - doing nothing pretty much, very sloppy and unprofessional service....

COOLISH MIND

What a terrible place? It's like being back in Ukraine. I encountered an impolite woman who was unresponsive to my \good afternoon\ greeting. I didn't like either of the pictures she took of me and requested for another to be taken. She denied my request and told me that I'd need to go the back of the queue. The whole experience was disheartening and embarrassing. There was no effort to accommodate me as a paying customer. I maintained a respectful manner and was disregarded. The embassy is meant to be the beacon and positive representation for Ukraine. Instead it shows the country in a bad light thanks to poor customer service. I hope in the future there'd be a positive change of staff.
