Whats the point in having a consulate that is unreachable, I have been calling for days and all I am getting is people hanging up on me. absolute disgrace. we do understand that at present things are hectic and that you are probably busy (so everyone else) however, this should not give these people working in the consulate a reason to act this way and to be rude and unprofessional. All I need is to find out what is the process for me to go back to Algeria for an urgent personal matter and it's been an absolute nightmare and still no response. When I send an email to the address given on the website I get delivery report failure. \u003cgo figure\u003e . Shame on you!

I payed my visit to DZ consulate today, and to be honest i was gob smacked with professionalism and willing to help. Also to mention the parking that consulate offered to visitors.
