I took a CCNA course with Commsupport Networks way back in 2009 and passed the end lab exams. I passed my CCNA 640-802 a few months later! Joe the instructor is very knowledgeable in the networking field, and this becomes noticeable early on in the training. But I think what set Joe apart from the rest in my opinion was his teaching style, and patience when assisting a newbie in learning/grasping network technologies and protocols. The daily banter made it very enjoyable, and I would look forward to the next day of training. Fully credible training here, and I would recommend Commsupport any day of the week or year!

Hi, Am having both teaching and industrial experience related to CCNA ,CCNP . Please let me know ,if there is requirement for online trainer. Am capable to conduct the session for the routing and switching ,IP telephony and Collaboration as well.
I trained with Commsupport last year (2014). After 20 years of IT having done many courses, I thought it was one of the best I'd ever done. Clearly based on real life experience and also one that was delivered in a fun and interactive way. Definitely the complete opposite of the 'death by slides' that other training companies offer.
I've been on a few courses with Commsupport both in class and online and I have to say this is by far the best training provider I have ever used. Be prepared for long days, homework, tough troubleshooting sessions (borderline evil!) and fun all rolled into one course. You'll deal with real world scenarios from a trainer that works in the real world and out of the many different IT courses I've done with other providers, those I've done with Commsupport have left me with the greatest understanding of the course material. Thanks again for all your help, will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone wanting to further themselves as a network engineer.
great teacher that's keeps the content interesting by way of presentations and real world examples. class room based learning with access to equipment needed to study the material. it's an intensive course, but you get your hand-held the whole way, highly recommend to anyone looking to go into networking
