An amazing appointment with Dr Ali last week. She asked all the right questions over the phone and requested I come in for an examination to make sure she had covered everything . Dr Ali expressed politeness, had a very thorough approach, engaging and extremely clear with her explanation. A breath of fresh air.

I have been registered for more than 15 years with this surgery and I have been waiting for more than 2 months for them to send a letter to my life insurance provider with still nothing being done. Reception is next to useless and service appalling, to the point that I am now thinking of taking legal advice based on negligence.
