I was surprised how the lady did her best to have my medicine as soon as possible. I explain to her that I’m not living in London and I came by car because I thought is a shop pharmacy, later I realise that is online. She guided me through the website and I place my order and I got the medicine in 10 minutes, because she called the manager and driver to make everything much faster and possible for me!!! She’s a such a good example at how the costumer service should look like. Thank you a lot, C!

Just before 11pm I bought some painkillers, costing 6.49, for my son.They charged me an additional 13.49 to deliver the item within 90 minutes, which was fine as it should have saved us a journey. The pharmacy is only a 16 minute drive from our home. The item did not arrive within 90 minutes, which is a long time to wait for a local delivery when you are in pain. I could have made the journey myself several times over, but had hoped to avoid leaving my son when he was in such distress. I feel they should have phoned to let us know that they were unable to meet their commitment.

Ordered and items were delivered in an hour despite being quoted 3! Excellent fast service and perfect given the current times we find ourselves in. Would highly recommend if you need something, particularly helpful on Sundays.
Useful pharmacy service. Very helpful lady on the phone. Managed to get some pharmacy advise at 2am which was great. Will use again!
