The Old Town Hall is a stunning building with lots of Beautiful arts and an outstanding architectural structure. The interior is timeless. The registration officer welcomed me with a real friendly manner. The receptionist and security people were very kind. I am honoured to register my new born baby here in Chelsea

Wonderful. I went for a lateral glow Covid test (no symptoms). Lovely room being used. And by the way, excellent staff all the way through, including the guys at the doors.

Chelsea Old Town is a beautiful building with lots of great features. Here you can register the birth, get married, take pictures on the famous stairs. Place to visit.

We booked a small wedding at this venue for August 2021. After having several months out of work after the horrendous year that has been 2020 we decided to cancel our wedding, our mortgage is priority. They refused to refund the 100 we had paid, even though they have done absolutely nothing for that money. They are heartless for somewhere that is supposed to bring such joy, somewhere like this does not deserve your money.
