Communication was terrible. No masks by anyone in store. I was told to \go away and buy it online\. Offered to pay the gentleman to check the size of the front axle. Wanted to charge me 160 plus labour for new wheels. He basically kicked me out. I cycled to Halfords and they sorted me out straight away very nice and obliging. If you have money to burn and consider ignorance the pinnacle of customer service- these are your guys.

Worst bike shop in London. Terrible communication. I brought puncture resistance tyres (yes I understand they may still get a puncture if I ride over glass or screw). Total of 110. In the space of two weeks I got three punctures. All whilst commuting to work. After the second puncture I ubered to the store with my bike for someone from staff to check over. Assuming it would be a issue with my rim. He assured me nothing wrong with the rim and put a new inner tube in. I went to ride to work the next morning and I got another puncture only 2min away from my house. I was already paranoid of getting a puncture, I didn’t ride over any glass or sharp object. I turned the corner and it popped. I asked to return the tyres for a refund and the owner refused to, and told me to not bring my bike back. Wish I read the reviews before using this store.
They overcharge massively and have really poor communication. Very rude and dismiss most things you say as well as offering no explanation as to why you need xyz replaced. They are close to where I live and figured I try them for a full service. I've never had a full service last so short.
Just had a snappy check-up and a little fix done. The bicycle ride back home was smooth. Great job! Friendly administration spot and helpful staff. Much obliged to you!
Best Services, I had an issue with the bicycle and they resolved it straight away. Now My bicycle is working great. Highly recommended Bicycle Store
