I’ve recently visited Cây Tre on Saturday 29/08/2020 and Monday 31/08/2020 (last day of Eat Out to Help Out scheme). I was impressed with the service, friendly and caring staff, especially “Ha”, one of the waitresses, whom helped me and changed my pho for me. Food was really really good. Felt light after finished eating. Prices are affordable for the Soho area. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return.

We tried to order take away and someone just hang up on us. As we arrived they weren’t even busy. However, the restaurant is located in central london and have outside tables. The interior looking very modern. The food is tasty but a bit pricey. I guess is because of the location. What i enjoyed is that you scan the barcode and will have access directly to the menu online.

Food was tasty and service was very good. Prices were reasonable and everything tasted fresh. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy. Everyone was really smiley too Would visit again

Good variety of Vietnamese dishes, good sized portions and tasty cocktails here. Service is inconsistent though and could be improved. Sometimes you’ll get a polite waitress other times you’ll get someone quite indifferent. I like the pho at many of these independent places compared with a chain like Pho because the independents use fresh rice noodles instead of the packet/dry types and using fresh noodles yields a more silky noodle texture. Other than the pho, there’s a nice variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as their pancakes.
