Although the reception staff are curt this center does not deserve the low rating it currently has. After booking online I was seen at my exact time and the lady who helped with my visa was very professional and polite. After reading reviews online I was slightly concerned for my upcoming experience but it was all pretty seamless and easy.

Worst experience ever. ABSOLUTELY USELESS！！！ Disappointed !!! I submitted my application 60 days ago!and they ask for my CV ? Sorry???? I just planning to travel Canada, why u need my CV???? I just don’t understand.... okey fine! I sent my CV few weeks ago, still haven’t delivery my passport yet!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND people who want to apply visa, don’t buy tickets in advance, might waste all your tickets.......
They do a good job. They respond to emails effectively. The day I went there they were short staffed but they tried. I got emails to update me on my application. Got my passport in the same week. Good job.
The visa office is chaotic, overcrowded and badly organised. The building is too small and not fit for purpose.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Why is the Canadian visa process so ridiculously complex and why do they not provide a helpful and useful service IN the UK. I called them asking about appointments - They told me that the website is down and they are full until March 1st. But if i want to, I can walk in? But they're full? So ? Not only that but the women I spoke to didn't have any customer care and got frustrated that I didn't understand the ridiculous situation. \All appointments are full\ \Okay so If i get the train for 7 hours and walk in - you're telling me you will have time available ?\ \Yes\ \But you're full?\ \yes\ \????????
