Visited here London Eye shop today Sat 12th Dec at 1630 with my daughter and her friend. They are the best team we've come across in Buildabear shops. The young lady at the front was so welcoming and the young man who did the stuffing of the bear was so happy and enthusiastic it was amazing. You ought to be extremely proud to employ these very good staff

The items looked really cute but I didn't have time to shop the 1st time I went by. So I checked the hours and went back today, Tuesday. Closing time said 8pm online. I was very disappointed to find it was already closed when I arrived soon past 7:15. Doors locked, lights off. I went back a second time before 7pm and again...closed. So the times online are wrong!!! Call ahead if you are going later in the day. They close at 6pm currently. I called corporate and told them. They were very nice, helpful and gave us some vouchers. We went back today and got our bear! The experience was like all the others I've been to so I was happy in the end.

Today we visited the west minister bridge store for my child’s 1st birthday and my nephews 4th birthday, The customer service we received from Molly was amazing! Honestly outstanding. Very accessible from Waterloo or Westminster Tube stations. It's positioned incorrectly on maps which was a hastle to sort out but the quality is wonderful. Very friendly staff - would go again!
