This is my personal experience with the director and the staff of admissions team. The staff is highly unprofessional. They have shown no manners in receiving a student, who was there for an interview. I witnessed this while I sat next to the student, who is my brother. The staff however is well trained for discouraging students and literally telling them that they’re a “failure”, so the only way to success is to join their college and fill their pockets with money. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Let me start by saying that what follows represents my personal experience with the College, its Director, and staff: Highly incompetent and inefficient, outright dishonesty, and an unwillingness to accept responsibility. As a result of the above, not only am I out of pocket for a significant amount, but my daughter's future has been set back by a year. I have taken my experiences to the media; the Secretary of State for Education; and other related educational stakeholders dealing with private colleges. Providing all the evidence, I plan to inform all the relevant local newspapers, in North London, so that parents can take informed decisions. See the student room website for other reviews
