I really don't like this station at all. Aethetics look bland overall, neither platforms have step free access despite providing a link to the Victoria Line and it's a real shame that platforms haven't been built for the Overground, which passes by overhead, as it would provide a nice connecting link. A ticket office and ticket machine is provided on platform 2 and the staircase leading up to platform 1 is dangerously narrow. Avoid if possible.

Absolute horrendous customer service this morning at 8:30AM by one of the members of staff called Katrina. She sat staring at her phone ignoring me even though she could quite easily see that I was waiting for help. After she reluctantly answered my query, I said that I would purchase my ticket on the machine as she seemed pre-occupied on her phone only for her to confront me at the machine to aggressively tell me that I was hassling her and why did I waste her time? Appalling.
