Traveled over an hour to get there , on arrival was told I would be hear for 2 1/2 hours . Had to see 3 separate nurses , they would only let me to go in alone so I had no support and felt uncomfortable . Staff was friendly . But should of bin told all this information on the phone instead I was led to believe it would all b over an done with at this appointment .
Staff were nice. Waiting time too long. Clinic small. Had to see three people. Children in clinic made me feel uncomfortable.
Really amazing team there who truly look after you until the end.
Travelled for an hour to get there from home. Had to wait over an hour to be seen and then told I needed to wait 4 months for procedure, yet clinic didn’t seem that busy. Bit depressing place - though staff nice enough. Should be clear in letter that you need 2 appts - most of the pre-op could be done by GP, NHS duplication / waste of money.
