Always a long wait to be served. 2 or 3 people at the back and they see you come in but you always have to wait to be served. I recently went in to buy a product and there were 2 people at the back putting stock away not bothered that I was standing there waiting to be served. Surely the stock can wait 5 minutes. It was like I was not even there. I walked out in the end. Happened lots of times now. I am not happy hanging about in a chemist especially during this pandemic. Wont be using them again.

Worst chemist ever. You could fall on the floor and die and staff would still not notice that your waiting to be served as they are too busy talking about where to go on holiday
The shelfs are very empty. Hardly any items to find, I couldn't believe my eyes!!!
Never answer the phone at all
Bring back Austin - never a dull moment with him, always accommodating and friendly, knew what customers needed, I realise the pressure is on recently but why oh why is there a huge wait for repeat prescriptions, there are numerous staff but it is like pulling teeth to get a decent response. they have never got what you require, time to change chemists tbh
