Collected my car today. Firstly the service was the very best. I would like to thank Adam from Sales to help me get the best deal possible and Sam from the handover team who gave me the best collection experience. Despite the covid restrictions BMW park lane took the highest precautions and gave me their very best. Highly recommend BMW park lane to anyone! Thank you again Adam & Sam.

BMW 430i from Park lane Everything worked smoothly when I dealt with BMW Park Lane this August. My 430i was priced competitively, and ‘Kosh’ (Used Car Sales) looked after me well. We discussed the details on the phone and the paperwork was done on-line & digitally (modern paperless World we live in now!). With sales completed, the arrangements were made for vehicle hand-over (which I elected to pick up instead of delivery to my home option). I arrived at BMW London and was greeted by ‘Mon’ who handed over the vehicle to me (no need to explain how things work because you can download the owner’s manual digitally, when you know the VIN number which is on the invoice). I’ve been driving BMWs since 2005, so familiar with the vehicle controls. My drive back was a cool 135 miles of London city traffic heading west towards the M4, followed by motorway and dual carriageway journey home (on a Friday afternoon!). So, BMW 430i had a good test drive which didn’t disappoint. In fact, I am very pleased with my new car and service I received. A big thank you to BMW Park Lane.

All staff courteous and helpful- thanks to Alfie for a smooth handover from a painless internet buying experience Was insulted by p/x offer (as to be expected) Signage at Q Park is very poor - if you go down the ramp go straight on and hopefully the gate will open - if you miss it theres no phone signal and you will have a trapped in the matrix like experience

GOOD SALES TEAM. POOR AFTER SALES. They sold me a car with uneven tyres on the front & back and didn't even come up on the MOT. All four tyres were perishing. The fronts were the worst as they will cause the car to shake at high speeds and make weird noises. Sent them pictures of it but they just said its fine. which obviously it ain't. it should at least come up as an advisory on MOT.
