Jill and her team at Blue Umbrella are amazing. Versatile, fast and so pleasant to work with. The VA's we worked with from Blue Umbrella were hired to help with moderating chats during a week long online summit. This work was very intensive for the ladies who took part - they were on the go for the whole week. Without a doubt we could not have kept our sessions running so smoothly without Chantel and Amy. They kept lines of communication running during sessions, keeping delegates informed when the tech was wobbly and keeping us informed of important comments and the performance of the session. With a professionalism and sense of humour to keep us all feeling confident that there was always someone watching out for any issues. It was an unusual task for a VA but they handled it superbly.
