The best managing agent our building has had in 10 years. They know how to provide services for high-end properties, their customer service is friendly and emails are always responded to on time. We have greatly appreciated their uninterrupted support during 2020 and quick thinking when it came to resolving issues during the lockdowns. Keep up the good work.

LBM have been very proactive in dealing with building issues, from the council not collecting bins to ensuring that abandoned cars are removed. They always obtain a number of quotations for any onsite works that need doing and are responsive to emails and queries in a timely and efficient manner. I am very happy with the services they offer, and would recommend them to others.

I would prefer not to leave negative a review however I should have done so 2 months ago! Four 4 months of poor communication with Claudette Gomes and the London Block Management team have been unable to resolve an insurance claim which has left the flat in an unihaitable condition. Unresponsive with never returning calls or emails - on top of being misled and lied to... 2/10 Must be able to do better! Just not good enough.

LBM's team managed to get the locks replaced on the front door of our building on the same day, despite the lockdown! Their team was friendly and understanding over the phone, which is a welcome change from our previous agent.

London Block is shocking , worst management company I have ever experienced, the latest debacle has taken now 3 months without a solution, there is a leak coming into my apartment that is the Landlords responsibility that has been created by other works that were obviously managed unsuccessfully by London Block, the managing agent Katie Riches just goes silent when put under pressure to get the various issues solved, however when London Block are spending the Owners monies there are no issues, if London Block were to carryout a survey at Babbage Point owners/residents the majority would mark them low , its been a very very poor performance from day one Jan 2016
