I cannot believe the audacity of a company returning my clothes in such condition. They've had my items for almost a month, two weeks, two weeks, first time they returned they hadn't been washed, just steamed. Having a housekeeper that has worked professionally in laundry in 5* Hotels confirmed something I had picked up myself. It doesn't take a genius to know and realise if something had been cleaned or not... They stated \because they don't use harsh washing liquid\ - yet one clothing still smelled of damp, another of my perfume, another of going out as I used it out and the other had been washed THREE TIMES and still stinks HORRIBLY! I had someone from the head office call me and plead to not leave the company as we had been using them for a good few months, my assumption is that where ever they are sending the garments are lousy, lazy, unprofessional and unbothered of their job as I had seen the change. Although to state, my cashmere blanket and sweater came back shrunk, I thought it was maybe my mistake as a company with that many stars and rates including location wouldn't have done that, yet now everything makes sense. Nevertheless the same time my 4 garments came back stinking, I had a bed linen come back without being pressed or steamed. I had informed my mother and she said she had the same problem with the Blanc in Notting Hill, came back smelly and non washed. So it's not just the Chelsea branch. Waste of money, overly charged. Now using Jeeves! Regards

Okay, very overpriced. But the best laundry service in London! Took everything there, from shoes, to expensive leather jackets, cashmere, fur, bedding. The work is so lovely and my items smell amazing. I was really in awe when i sent to them my favorite leather jacket that smelt like food, so badly. But they returned it and the smell was gone, and it looked as good as new! Definitely recommend. And the delivery guy is so nice.

Went there when the places was handled by the french manager and clothes came out fine ,it was a pleasure. Lately I came across a very rude individual calling herself the manager . She always overcharges saying that clothes must be insured and they will be washed separately with great care.So I ended up always paying double at least 18 pounds for an item and 40 pounds for a suit jacket, again 18 pounds for the suit trousers. Truth came out and clothes were not washed separately and actually came out ruined beyond repair. Price for damaged item is small and never covered a decent clothing item at its original price, especially designer one .Unreal but true, for the first time in my life I lost my clothes , got lied in order to spend a lot of money for the service and as bonus had to put up with the most abusive and cheating character .

AWFUL. THEY LOOSE YOUR CLOTHES.Delivery an hour late. Then they only delivered 3 garments I dropped of 7. Delivery man didn’t know, the girl who worked there was unapologetic, didn’t even realise when sent out, that she didn’t put all the garments together. Rang her up and she doesn’t know where my clothes are. So I assume she’s lost 4 very expensive pieces of clothing. Still waiting for her to call me back

Outstanding service that is redefining dry cleaning and laundry service. Garments are always returned in an exellent condition with the attention to detail and overall care obvious. I have gone through many times of both shirt laundry and garment dry cleaning service with BLANC since they opened in Chelsea and have always been impressed. I am going to try the tailoring services and am confident they will once again impress. Keep it up!
