If I could give zero stars i would. This pharmacy is incompetent and thanks to them I have been without my essential medication for 2 days as they are incapable of understanding simple prescriptions sent from the GP digitally. I even rang the GP multiple times to check it had been sent. This is the last straw as this happens a lot here. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible, I am mentally ill and my medication is life saving, you cannot withhold this due to incompetence. dangerous

I had an issue with my back, I went to my doctors but didn't get much help. I saw a pharmacist veevick who was busy with his work but took the time out to speak to me. He recommended a couple of things to me to use and gave me general lifestyle advice. I followed what he said for a couple of weeks and I feel great! I didn't feel rushed and the chemist I thought genuinely cared for my well being. Thank you.

Staff are very unprofessional. Incapable of answering the phone, yet there is always enough of them to chat away in their language. Try to fob you off with different brands of your medication, totally disregarding what you say about having a reaction to the brands they want you to take. Why Norbury Health withdraw the perscription facility from Day Lewis Pharmacy, which benefitted the community is beyond any sensible person.
