A delightful way to spend a Sunday morning. A lovely atmosphere established by an upbeat and knowledgable teacher. I will definitely be buying classes as gifts from now on! The difficulty level was well judged, challenging enough to be fun, but not so impossible that the end result wasn't satisfactory!

My partner and I enjoyable a warm, lovely, fun, educational sushi class with Atsuko. The space was COVID friendly and we felt safe and well looked after. The sushi was to die for and we appreciated all of the tips! I’d recommend this class to anyone wanting to perfect their rice cooking and rolling techniques as we definitely benefitted. Thanks again to Atsuko for a memorable experience, we hope to join you again for another type of cooking class.
Attended Atsuko's on-line sushi making lesson. As I expected the lesson was great and I've learned a lot. Good explanation of the sushi making technique, a lot of interesting tips. Highly recommend to anyone interested in sushi making. Looking forward to the time when I can go to Atsuko's class in London. Sergey

Really well taught class. Money well spent. By the end of the two hours everyone could cook some pretty decent okonomiyaki.
