I was referred to this place by my GP and I am really disappointed with the service I had. I had left various messages for the support worker to get back to me for months now and no reply. At one stage I had the bailiff at my house and called and left messages again no help. I had also called and raised a complain with the manager name John he was any help at all. It was more like talking down to me and as a manager I left feeling very low and as no one is there to help. I thought i was referred to this place to get help. Filling in the forms and putting my details down as if they giving support when they not. This has left me feeling very vulnerable and don't know what to do next.i called again today 5/4/19 and the person I spoken to at 12.02pm said that no one is there to take my call and he don't know or tell me after I explained my ordeal just to get some help... I only do a one star ️ because they wasn't a 0 option. Why taking funding to help vulnerable people if this is not not purpose of what you doing,

just been played up by member of this \charity\ very rudely. they offer help but then they waste your time, energy, day and life - if you would let it so... and! there is no possibility to make an official complaint, although they have been clearly misbehaving, causing obvious damage to me, and other people witnessed that too.
