Before lockdown kicked in, i had the pleasure in visiting this store with my brothers and partner to help us prepare for my brothers wedding. We were helped by a young gentleman named Paresh who was very informative and helpful, he gave us great advice and provided a full made to measure wedding suit, waistcoat and cravat for the groom and the best man. The quality of the waistcoat and suits were of a beautiful soft Italian fabric of the highest quality and looked amazing. Sadly, due Covid-19 we were only able to collect our outfits today, and I have to say they fit perfectly and looked amazing. We would like to thank the staff and Paresh for his remarkable customer service and would recommend anyone to visit them for the best variety of waistcoats and a great price and quality.

Terrible customer service, rude staff and poor quality products. THIS COMPANY ALSO TRADES UNDER - NEAL & PALMER When I attempted to return 2 ties that did not match a wedding outfit, I was told by the customer service worker that the store didn’t accept refunds. The manager was called, and rudely reiterated this point and before insisting that I must purchase another item with a store credit. After agreeing to play by his rules, he failed to recognise the importance of customer service and asked me to leave his store to deal with ‘important invoices…’. I offered the manager the opportunity to rectify the situation, but he asked me to leave him a review instead so here it is.
