The receptionist over 60, short hair, dark skin colour treated me very rude and in a hurry. I can't understand why people that does not like to work with public have this kind of position. I just came for contraceptives, but what if I would have a sexual disease? How would I feel if this kind of people would receive me? Dont think would be already hard to be there to also be treated bad. I really hope she get fired, because was extremely rude.

The waiting time for coil fitting was less than half an hour. Dr O'Brien is amazing and very professional. Excellent service.
I’ve been twice for check ups, but each time they have made mistakes and I have been forced to come back into the centre. The first time they lost my samples on the way to the lab, and I had go back to the centre to take them again. The second time, they forgot to send my results, (and it’s not possible to contact them over the phone), so I had to go back in just to get the results. Sadly, organisational problems prevent this centre from being easy to use. STI centres I’ve been to before are easy as take your tests and wait for the results by text. This centre lacks that efficiency.
Just had my first Copper Coil fitted by DR Laura and couldn't have had a better experience. Very professional and sure she has magic hands. I had just a mild discomfort but no pain. I was prepared for PAIN as most people i know deacribed that but it wasnt more \paintfull\ than a smear test and i am covered for 10 years. Definitely recomend.
