I have visited aquatic centre for the first time today. Easy to find and you can park your car there too. Shop is divided into the freshwater fish and marine fish. All of the tanks were well presented with clean water and healthy fish and plants. Staff was very helpful with our request.

I have been using the services of this store since 2017. I was always happy with everything. I bought my three aquariums, all the equipments and livestock needed for the planted aquariums there. Before lockdown I bought my fourth aquarium. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to buy livestock that time by myself. On the store's website, I got acquainted with the online ordering service, made a list of the \allegedly current\ livestock on the website, and made my order. I waited for several days and there was no answer. I called back to find out that the livestock I ordered is out of stock. When asked for an updated list of the plants, I received a rude negative response. I know everyone is having a hard time now, but I'm a customer and I was asking politely, there was no need to be rude at all. What I was asking is a tiny bit of assistance. Was it a big deal to give me other options? I was willing to buy. Desperately to be honest. Well, I guess the store is doing great that they can afford such a terrible customer service. Have to look for another store. Congratulations, you made me to write my first feedback in my life ever. And it's negative.

Huge choice of products, ample amount of scaping wood hanging on the ceiling which is great. Super friendly staff and keen to help as much as they can. I would say this is definitely the best place for your aquascape needs and best aquatic shop in South East London.

I at first had a bad experience here, but when I went back today to talk to the staff about it they were unbelievably helpful. Would recommend, huge selection and look out for their customers. Special thanks to Lucas for his help today

I'm torn with these guys. The freshwater is generally very good... also a great selection of guppies There's a really good guy who is maybe eastern european - lovely gent and very helpful but also knowledgeable There's a guy with a pony tail constantly vaping in the shop and being rude The marine section just needs completely stripping down though guys. The corals are covered in flatworms (granted the less dodgy ones). I have never seen aiptasia so big and the tanks are full of them. I don't think I've seen a single coral frag without one on. Even the separate tank with acans is full of them. If you rebooted all of that you'd have a monopoly in the area as no other shop sells marine Always have a good selection of bettas in. They do however always look 'depressed'. This is because the males lose hope flaring because they are always looking at two males and get no respite. If you painted the sides of those barracks black the bettas would cheer up
