This is not somewhere I would usually go to, however with the situations we are in I was left with no choice. Yes I regret going in there! This is for all of the staff. If you’re going to open a hair salon at least learn to run the salon professionally. Your rude behaviour was tolerated by me because at the time I was not in the mood to respond back to a person with a strange character. However, the extent of your rudeness became even more apparent when you disrespected another customer in front of me. Throughout any career you’ll come across and experience many different type of customers from different backgrounds and different type of hair !! You need to adapt your approach to every one of them. You do not have the right to speak negative about a customer to another customer or another member of your team. You also do not have the right to speak disrespectfully to the customer directly and make them feel low of themselves or make appalling comments on how their hair should look to your level of satisfaction, when in fact your job is meant to make them look good and not to forget they pay for the service not your rudeness. Get over this rudeness, fix up, improve your communication skills and for the love of god stop speaking in your language all the time because some may find it disrespectful.

My experience was really good at that place. I had gold facial done by the lady named shabana. She was really friendly and polite. The face Amd neck massage was very relaxing. Being a professional beautician i can say they do their job very well. And it was their closing time but they did very well. The full legs waxing was done by a lady from india, pune. I don’t remember her name. The legs waxing was very fast and not too perfect. Because i think she was in a hurry. But my experience was good.
Their hair colour services especially the highlights is terrible. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices for highlights. Pay more to get it done better somewhere else it will be more worth it. I got it done two times and both times were shambles. In both appointments I had picture of the desired result and both times I got something completely different. It got even worse the second time around the colour in picture and the colour I got on my head was not even close. I was really annoyed when lady wouldn’t accept her mistake of messing up my hair. I asked for a brownish highlights instead I got blond highlights. A second lady had to come in and fix my hair. This happened in both appointments. I was not completely happy with the fix either but my top head was really painful from all that hair dye and I just wanted to leave. Also the free hair cut was also badly done. Which I only really noticed at home. The layers did not blend with each other one bit. Even after all the disappointment they took the full price. I will never have done anything done with that lady again. She doesn’t listen, throughout my appointment she moaned about how long the highlights were taking and how many people she had to send away because of my appointment. Like she was doing me a favour, very unprofessional.
Rudest staff ever. There is usually a chubby sweet lady on week days. if she is there you'll get a good service. Today's staff with black hair was soo rude and without any manners OMG!! NOT AT ALL POLITE. I told her that my skin was very sensitive and she was soo harsh. My skin is all blistered. I go there only when my friend, who is a beautician, goes for a holiday. Looks like I'll rather wait for her to return or check for the other lady this in salon before I sit down.
