I’m going to add my voice to the huge number of positive reviews this place appears to have garnered. After several trips to various dealerships in London, including the impersonal behemoth that is CarGiant, I was pleasantly relieved to find the car I was looking for at London and Surrey Cars. Danny was polite, informative, and crucially, patient as I test drove three different variants of the same model. I didn’t feel that he was trying to push me towards any particular one and was as impartial as anyone could hope a car salesperson to be! I’ve very happy with my purchase and the process of buying was also extremely easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable prices and a positive experience when buying a car.

Fell in love with a 2012 Audi S3 that London and Surrey Cars had amongst their impressive inventory of nice cars. From arranging my test-drive to the transfer of ownership, this whole transaction was 100% straightforward and handled with zero fuss. The business is run by a father and son team (I liaised with Dad mainly :D) who were flexible with respect to my dropping in on them a little outside of business hours (twice!), enthusiastic about cars and presented me with zero push... They even called me the day after I picked the car up to check on how my journey home from London (to Southampton) went. The car, which looked great anyway was valeted and their garage gave it a fresh service and MOT (all-in). I have been plotting and scheming over the purchase of an Audi S3 for quite some time. I'm so chuffed to finally own one and in the colour I like; I absolutely love it. Cheers guys!

This company gives car salesman a bad name!!! Stay away!!!! Had a lovely test drive and decided I wanted to purchase the car. I expected a negotiation in the price or an offer on a trade in and got nothing (that’s their prerogative) I said I will think about it and went away for 5 minutes to discuss with my wife. I went back into showroom and said I will buy it to which I was rudely told that I turned down the car and he has decided to keep the car himself. I thought he was joking but he said he “honestly” feels bad but he wants to keep it and he has taken down the post on auto trader. 1 hr late it is back on auto trader for 1000 more. I will be speaking to trading standards for false advertising. Disgusting stay well away !!!!!!
