Totally satisfied of the services. Andy was an amazing nurse. He is excellent at his work, by making his patient feel comfortable and relaxed. He provided me with all the necessary guidance and information. Thank you once again!
Overall a good experience, but I do agree with other comments about some of the receptionists letting the service down. There is one man in particular that doesn't have the best communication and he's definitely not appropriate for a public facing role in a sensitive context. However, there was one other man in reception who was absolutely lovely! I'm quite certain the guy I'm concerned about has been commented on before, he really needs to learn to moderate himself.
This clinic has the best doctors,the best nursing people, the are so warm as people, easy to talk, always very quick with the results, always there for you,always you are a priority and the best in the whole UK I can say I'm so lucky to be there. Thanks Dean Street
Just came back from my first ever appointment on 56 Dean Street, and I must say I've had a great experience with both nurses/drs that took care of me. Dr Hannah Russell and Dr Christopher Stewart (not 100% sure about his name) were fantastic. So professional and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable with my screening, and answered all my questions. 5 stars for both of them. :)
