I had great experience at this clinic. I was offered same day appointment and was seen by the kindest and knowledgeable doctor. As far as I remember her name was Emily Baker. She took her time to explain thoroughly the examination process, results and treatment. She gave me great advice and products to use at home that immensely helped my condition. Dr Baker chose the best treatment for me and three weeks after my appointment I feel fantastic. I would also like to add that the receptionists, over the phone and at the clinic, were very kind and helpful.

Lovely staff but even after an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour before someone came and saw me. Surely there is a better way to schedule patients. I understand if there was a long wait if I was a walk-in patient but I had an appointment
Staff here are so nice and patient, and everything is so efficient. The receptionists are polite and friendly. The doctor I met kindly answered all my questions (some of them were because of my lack of relevant vocabulary, and some of them were about other medical concerns), and gave me professional advices.
I came here a couple weeks ago on late Monday, the male receptionist was so lovely when booking me in and I was seen by Charlotte. I came very worried that what I've been experiencing would be dismissed as it has by other doctors, but Charlotte immediately understood and validated my concerns. She was so helpful in providing alternatives and addressed all my questions. Thank you again!
