I wish I had taken the name of the lady who worked at the store on the afternoon of 5 November 2020 as this review is mainly addressed to her. I came here to return an amazon parcel through UPS which had no label and was unpacked (this is one of the arrangements UPS made with amazon and it was all free to send back, too). This meant that the UPS assistant would have to do it all from placing it into a bag, label and scan my qr code - there is a process in place which, for people who are familiar to this, could seem fairly easy. However, it may not seem that easy if you've never done it before. I was so impressed when I was told by the lady at the till that she has never done the parcel thing before and to her, this was all new. When challenged, what really stood out was her incredible attitude to help and not give up. I said to her that it's amazing how she doesn't give up to which her response was: \I never give up!\ That's such a powerful response, \well done\ I thought :) She could have chosen to send me away or come back later when other people with the expertise are available but she didn't. She persisted until it was all done, to which I shared my excitement with her by smiling up to my ears under my face mask. Also, another amazing quality I pointed out was the way she prioritised the workflow. At some point, people kept coming and queuing up and at the same time she was trying to figure out how to send my parcel. She kindly asked me to wait while she was serving others really quickly. I so admired that too! She didn't wait until the overwhelming moment, she acted right there and then. She really knew how to balance the work so that every customer in the shop left satisfied and happy. I don't usually bother to leave reviews, especially this long but this one was really worth the typo. I shared my experience with family today and I promised myself to not sleep until i share this experience with you too. Thank you!
