The bespectacled lady behind the counter was utterly rude and tsked at me when I asked her for receipt, she gave me the wrong one and tsked again when I asked for the correct one. She seemed to be in a hurry to leave so I asked her if she was in a hurry and she said yes she has to attend another customer at the back. No apologies. I was flabbergasted. It’s my fourth year in England and I had never encountered such blatant behavior toward a customer. Thank you lady for your most graceful behavior on a day after Christmas!
