We ordered a family takeaway from here over the weekend and were really impressed with the quality. We ordered the build your own burgers with fries and the sliders (2 mini cheeseburgers) and everything was fab. Well cooked, not remotely greasy. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and our changes had been accommodated. The chips were really good, seasoned with salt and black pepper. We will definitely be ordering again and can’t wait until we can visit in person.

What an Amazing Experience, Exactly what Hertford has Lacked for a very long time! Cocktails and Tapas style food goes hand in hand! It would be a rude not to mention how amazing the deserts are here... Something i would pop back in for they was that good, and with new weekly specials there no reason not to keep coming back!!!
Went during Covid and everything was great.. nice service... good food... reasonable prices... except one thing...! Could the waitresses not stand slightly further back and observe the 1m rule? They were so close man when ordering..And they are dealing with multiple people so are more likely to be a carrier of Covid than I am a giver. So, a little more thought please. We didn't say anything as it is an awkward conversation. And we shouldn't have to. The restaurant should be more thoughtful. We just didn't give a tip! Otherwise... all good here.
Had a lovely meal here today. I had the chicken roast. Was delicious. My husband said they were the best roast potatoes he's ever had! Nice place, clean and bright. Cocktails can be had if fancy but I we just stayed with the lager and wine.
