Very unfair. You all had the wrong mailing address for me. Claim to have called and didn't call me as of 2/9/21. I can show phone records from my service provider. I would like to get this resolved, but fairly!

One of the best customer service calls I ever had because of their staff Brian. He was extremely patient, courteous and to the point, hence the transaction went smooth & easy.

I called to settle a debt in Full and was told of several other things that would \potentially hurt my credit\ They would not allow me to pay the debt that actually showed on my credit report without paying everything. You don't want my debt paid, that's good with me. Ill keep my money.
THE first agent was blatantly rude and irresponsible. But then Letrice handled the call very gracefully. she understood my problem, she explained the disconnect and suggested a fix. I understand its to do a job as theirs but thats what it takes to be good at job. Thanks Letrice :)
