This dealership is very professional and easy going. I had the pleasure of working with Basil who was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all very patient. I came in and test drove XT4, twice, and although I did not purchase the vehicle because it just wasn't the right one for me, I would go back to this dealership if I am ever in the marker to buy a car again. Great follow-up since the time I submitted a lead. They responded to me through the same channels I reached out to them via which I appreciated very much. Highly recommend this dealership.

This dealership has taken care of the Western suburbs Cadillac needs forever. I used to walk the lot as a kid years & years ago when Marshall's was next door. I walked the lot and drove away recently. Thanks Pernell Moore and to the rest of the friendly staff. This is a cream of the crop store. Had a warranty service performed 11-4-20. The service staff is top notch. This is a first class operation.

My compliments to the Heritage Cadillac service team. I bring my ATS-V here and feel that the garage crew and office are knowledgeable and passionate about the wonderful, special V cars. I am able to make an appointment easily and quickly, have a nice loaner, get text-updates about service status, and even chat with the service team about the more fun parts of owning these great street / track cars. V’s need repair and maintenance occasionally. I’m glad to come and have that done here!
