Lodestone Property Reviews | Rating 4,6 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Lodestone Property is located in Bruton, United Kingdom on Fry's Halt, Station Road. Lodestone Property is rated 4.6 out of 5 in the category agency in United Kingdom. Lodestone was set up in September 2016 by Cathy Morris-Adams and Sue Macey who wanted to create a new type of agency which responded to the more immediate needs of the world we live in today without compromising the quality of service provided by a traditional local estate agent. Between them they have lived in Somerset for over 50 years. They feel that they can provide a better service for their clients through connecting and building on their already extensive network and vast local knowledge, rather than sitting at a desk waiting for the phone to ring. At Lodestone our aim is to provide clients with a positive experience throughout the buying, selling and letting process. We advise on preparing properties for sale and aim to ensure that every client’s buying or selling journey or letting is as seamless as possible, with each link in the process running smoothly. If there are problems with buying chains, we have the expertise and tenacity to solve them. They have an team of mature and locally selected viewing staff who with their knowledge of the immediate area, can give the viewer a positive and informative experience, which at the same time benefits the vendors who receive regular, detailed feedback. We are committed. We are proactive and responsive. We bring energy, experience and enthusiasm to our business. Welcome to Lodestone.

Lodestone helped us with looking for a suitable rental when we were concerned that our property purchase was going to fall through. They were very friendly, professional and responsive & matched us well with properties that were suitable for our needs. Our purchase went through in the end so we did not need a rental but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lodestone to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Having used Lodestone on 2 prior occasions to find tenants, there was no hesitation heading back to them this time round too. By the end of the process, we were again extremely happy customers. Lodestone are a slick operation delivering outstanding levels of customer service and efficiency. They're a no brainer!

Francoise and her incredible team were a pleasure to work with. They put all into place in this crazy time and the under offer sign was up without us even having a chance to go to market. They couldn't have been more helpful and have guided us through the sale, making our upcoming move easy and stress free. Thank you Lodestone!

We bought a property through Lodestone in 2018 moving down from London to Somerset. Without really knowing the area they gave us a huge amount of time talking us through the area and what to expect. We did rely on what we were told by the Lodestone team, and, two years later we're still here and completely loving our home and the area. Looking back the team went above and beyond, were super knowledgeable and gave us all the facts (good and bad) straight up. We have bought and sold a few houses and this team are the best agents I have ever dealt with. They really care and genuinely want the best for their clients and buyers. Full marks.

Besides destroying the town they sell within by over pricing homes ridiculously and preferring to sell to London clients over local buyers they are rude, snobby, and frankly a bunch of gossiping bats. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. I hope that anyone who decides to sell with them never learns of how they talk about their clients as I overheard them describing a customer and her home in the foulest of ways. Awful people.
