I went there for my permanent driving license after completing two steps third step was to give driving test. Approx 99% people had applied via broker and paid approx 1.5k to 2k extra then come my number for test I talked with person on desk 9 where do I need to go for Driving test he said Saab se BAAT karo most of people were corrupted one thing more need to understand there was no track for test and no vehicle how funny it is then one PA named as sitaram checked my bike test and written my bike number on my receipt I applied for both bike and LMV(car) He denied for approval of LMV He told me go home your DL is approved only for bike but in front of me he was writing bike and car numbers on many receipts(giving approvals by taking money दलाल के द्वारा) without taking any test he( सीताराम) was most corrupted person in office. After waiting for more than 1 hr everyone was saying wait for 1 hour bade Saab will come request him. Finally after 2.5 hrs he arrived and signed I m still not confirmed that I am going to get for BikeLMV or only LMV Every one is cheater government should take strict action against them.

RTO OFFICE BUDAUN. Good and cleaned environment. Staff is always late as the timing is 1000hrs but mostly comes at 1100 hrs. This very ridiculous.
This is a government office situated on Badaun-Bilsi road near Bahedi village. This office provide services of registration of old and new vehicles. Collection of Road tax, issuance of new driving licence or renew same on regular time bond. They also have database of all registered vehicles in district. They issue learning licence, permanent licence, heavy duty vehicles licence. They registered you vehicles as personal or taxi services.
All government workers are very rude if they have mood then they do work otherwise don't do work
Why process is so complicated here
The staff is very late, already 12 PM but not arrived yet. So pathetic services
