Amazing doctor's and receptionists. They clearly work very hard and have no trouble fitting my son or myself in, even at short notice. Only thing I would say is that the pharmacist can be a bit abrupt and doesn't sort things out but apart from that, it's great!

I’ve been with Lockside for several years, ever since moving to Stalybridge. I can not fault them. They have always taken excellent care of me and when my son came along they have done the same for him. The reception staff are friendly, empathetic and act as quickly as possible to ensure you get an appointment or callback from a doctor. The doctors are knowledgeable and efficient in making sure they treat you and whatever it is you have come for. Our experience has also been that they go above and beyond for their patients. I’ve no complaints at all. They do everything they can for their patients and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Small, local and easy. They made joining very easy with a friendly receptionist helping me. Had to call once to chase up some documents but it turned out they had sorted them a week before and it was the other place that was behind.

Only doctors I’ve been to and they’ve never let me down. Always get an appointment, the reception team are excellent and the doctors are all absolutely lovely. Very clean and lots of space to wait
