Arthur is brilliant - He installed a high quality mortise lock to our front door and he fixed our self installed yale lock (should have had it professionally fitted in the first place!). Excellent work, good price and very nice man - can't ask for more. Actually you can and he delivered that too! We asked him to have a look at our other door locks and he recommended that one be improved, although the other was fine. Soon after he was back and replaced the offending lock. He works quickly and cleanly. We would definitely recommend him.
