Mark osbourne very unprofessional and I have reported him to trading standards regarding his inability to take on a job that he obviously was not capable of ever completing . He failed to fully refund me 90 as he promised . Excuses after excuses .... Avoid at all costs .. an absolute mentally draining tradesman and not a man of his word ... save yourself the time and effort look elsewhere! ... I truly wished I had !

James was very professional and gave fantastic service. I would very much recommend him to my business partners and friends
I used James from Lockforce. To help my parents out when they could not get into there home and they called me worried at 1900. James, kept them and my self up to date on his arrival time which was under 30 minutes from calling him. They was back safely in there home within a further 10 minutes. Now with the added security or British Standard lock. Thank a lot James for making a stressful situation. easier for my self and parents.
