Val came to repair, and ultimately replace, our front-door Ingersoll cylinder. Greatly appreciate that he is independent and took the time to explain available options to repair instead of jumping straight to replacement. Highly recommend.

Great service. Called out for an emergency (of course!) turned up on time, charged very fairly and fixed the issue and its underlying cause with no fuss. Recommended.
Very friendly shop assistant and instant result to get a key cut. He said that it would take a couple of minutes it to cut a key but it actually took 20 seconds. That's good and all but the price for a key is quite high, 6 pounds for one 10 for two if I remember correctly.
