Good but rang to book on the day, we were told there's plenty of availability and to just show up would be fine. Got to the shores and found due to expecting low numbers they'd only brought two kayaks that day (usually many more) and we'd have to wait until the afternoon. But once it was our turn instruction was great with some nice advice of islands to explore. Upon return we weren't really greeted or directed what to do with equipment despite staff stood there seeing us arrive. So we left it near other equipment and left.

Lovely village with interesting shops. The lake is super pretty. I would recommend going to the islands after kayaking.
Very good fun! Went for a trip to \wallaby\ island (didn't see any, unfortunately, but apparently they mainly come out at sunrise/sunset). Almost got lost and had lots of fun trying to teach my girlfriend to paddle in a straight line! Anyway a huge range of options, paddle boarding, peddleboating, rowing, fishing boats - whatever you need for a day on the water! Also good Covid procedures going on! Would return.
The worst service and treatment I have ever received. We booked over 1,000 worth of activities for a stag do which - due to Coronavirus - has had to be cancelled. Loch Lomond Leisure are flatly refusing to refund me any of the money. And this despite the fact that the stag do is several months away. In other words, they have stolen over 1,000 of our money at a time when we dearly need it. Don't go near them. There are plenty of other providers in the area who won't treat you so disgracefully.
Not friendly staff and they are not reliable. Do not recommend and please dont waist your money here. No social distancing or what so ever.
