Coffee is very good however I am concerned about health and safety, especially during covid. I have seen staff not wearing masks by passing on a \I have a disability\ badge. That's absolutely fine if you have a disability but I have been at local Hero regularly often to recognise the staff and I am pretty sure some of them used to actually wear a mask. Losing all the stars for this and definitely not a Local Hero to me anymore! There are lots more places in the area with excellent coffee and who are respectful towards the health of their customers (and people who actually have a disability and cannot wear a mask)

The coffee was great the service was bad, the lady who was at the counter said hello how are for the two people in front of me and she didn’t even say anything to me.I thought maybe she forgot or something; I ordered another coffee while I was leaving and she didn’t say anything to me she was stiff and she did even smile! And the guy after me she told him hi how r you today. This is the last time coming, However the one who made e the coffee was extremely friendly.

Lovely brunch! Dog friendly brunch spot in Fulham. Good variety on the menu for food and drinks. The poached eggs with avocado and chorizo was delicious and generous portion size. Well priced for what you get. Friendly staff.

Favourite breakfast/brunch spot. Yummy food and coffee. They seem a bit under staff though especially on the weekends staff seems quite stressed.
