Even though we had a wee mishap with the fitting I still think these guys done a great job. Colin the fitter came back and sorted the wee issues.
We booked Tapi to lay laminate and carpets in a new build and almost four months on there's no end in sight. Joiner arrived almost a day late and the job wasn't great. During cutting of veneer the boards got chipped but were laid anyway. He's been out twice to repair. First time he asked if he could put wood glue down and we agreed to try it. We subsequently called him back out as it was a bad colour match however second time he didn't have the tools and added yet more glue. We also had a gap of inches open in the kitchen. He came back out and snapped a kickboard in two, bent a kickboard radiator and left without mentioning this. We are now still chasing over a month later and we still don't know when this will be fixed. Very disappointed with the finish, the damage done and the fact we are constantly chasing them to get resolved.
Not very welcome store, walk in and no one wanna serve you, stand there for like 5 minutes writing this review and they are still busy chatting with their pal. Alright then I will go somewhere else.
Excellent service from Stewart and Tom Edinburgh straiton, carpet arrived and fitted under 2 weeks. Also excellent service from fitters Paul and assistant. First class service.
