Wow! I can’t say enough about the service I received from Lucas and his team at L&N Performance!! They were so professional and caring! My husband had been a customer of theirs since we moved here. He always came away satisfied when he brought our vehicles for service. When he passed away, I phoned Lucas requesting they check over our two vehicles. I first met Lucas Underwood (owner of L&N Performance) some years ago when I would deliver auto parts to his shop. He is positively one of the kindest, most honest and sincere people I have ever met in my life. Which, of course, is why I chose his establishment to perform some much needed work on my wife's Jeep Liberty. The work was done precicely as I asked and I was notified continually during the day as to the progress of the repairs. I was also given a nice loaner vehicle to use while the Liberty was being repaired. When it was done (same day) I was very pleased with the repairs and the bill was more than reasonable. L&N Performance is a top-notch repair shop and they employ the best state-of-the-art technology, which is essential with today's vehicles. The staff is "bend-over-backwards" courteous and extremely professional. I highly recommend L&N for ALL of your auto repair needs. You certainly will not be disappointed.

They had a loaner car available while my car was in the shop making the whole process so much easier, and gave detailed descriptions and photos on everything they found while doing their inspection. My fiancé and I are beyond grateful we found L&N Performance Auto Repair. My fiancé was experiencing issues with his 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty. The technicians at L&N were able to give us a detailed report including pictures and videos as to what exactly was wrong with the truck. This resulted after we decided to have the technicians run a “peace of mind” test. This test allowed us to see for ourselves the parts of the truck that were in unsafe and poor condition. L&N does not repair your vehicle until you give them permission. You can accept or decline the recommendation and they are happy to explain if you have any questions. Lucas, the president of L&N, is professional and proficient in managing the operations of this company. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with their service, he will go over and beyond to make it right. Scot, who works in customer service, is friendly and happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We’ve had many experiences with other auto repair shops around the High Country, and now that we have found L&N, I refuse to trust my vehicle anywhere else. There’s a peace of mind in knowing my fiancé and I have a home repair shop we can depend on and trust for excellent quality of service. At L&N, you’re not just a customer, you’re family. This is the most unique shop experience I've ever had, in the best way possible. Between the response times (including texts!), the photos and videos of exactly what was wrong with my car, the quick repair times, and the wonderful people that work there... I'll absolutely never go to a different shop while I'm in the area. They really know their stuff, and their concern for customer and employee safety at this time far surpasses what I've seen from other shops.
