Don't even think this pharmacy deserves half a star let alone one star; very rude and abrupt staff; one in particular - Caroline. Can't understand how Lloyds can have such individuals like her working in healthcare; having a query about medication and they are so aggressive and impatient - disgraceful service and I would not recommend ANYONE to use this store. Absolutely abysmal!
Too many serious problems to capture here, multiple complaints to head office, worste pharmacy I have ever been a customer of.
After what I witnessed in the Shop the other morning, I would like to commend the Staff on their professionalism and their handling of a potentially explosive situation. These are trying times and they do not deserve to feel threatened or disrespected during their working day, when they are doing their best to assist as many people as physically possible. They are doing a fantastic job. Please give all the Staff the respect they deserve. I personally would like to thank you for the help I received.
Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from staff and the temporary so called ‘pharmacist’. Promised a delivery of medication, then backtracked on what they had said and brazenly lied and this was the pharmacist. Not only below the standards of expectation for a professional position such as a pharmacist, below the standards of even a basic retail assistant. Something not quite right about these assistants but the temporary pharmacist has serious problems. Unacceptable behaviour normally but completely unacceptable during a pandemic.
