I have used this pharmacy from when it first opened and have found the staff extremely polite friendly and efficient I only have good words for them and just want to say a big thank you to everyone at lloyds pharmacy

So I use this pharmacy on several occasions and all of them have been a unfortunate experience. I fully understand people have bad days at work and fully understand how busy it gets there but... They out right lie and blame the Gp surgery for not receiving or for missing items not being ordered. When I chase up with the gp and then go.back to them they miraculously have said items and still refuse to appologise, always either a excuse or outright lie. The NHS is a free for all service and some allowance should always be granted to them for services rendered however Lloyd's are a private company and this level of service simply won't do.

What a waste of time this place is. Considering this place is attached to a doctors and we're in a pandemic, its doing nothing to try and social distance people. Herded in like cattle and made to wait for over 30mins for a prescription that was sat on a shelf with yesterdays 'checked' date on it. Plus its always the Surgery's fault. Told to wait as they couldn't find it, and then it just got plucked off the shelf in front of me already bagged up. What a joke! Sort this out Lloyds because your filing and queuing system clearly aren't up to scratch. Will go elsewhere in the future. Don't waste your time with this place unless you want to breathe everyone's else's germs in while you wait & wait & wait & wait....................

Disgusting shabby treatment. I'm 86 and a primary carer for my wife. I've just had an email telling me my flu jab booked for September 30th has been cancelled.No reason given. Is this how the elderly and vulnerable are to be treated?
