I suppose this is no different to any other bank in that it is full of complacent and un-resourceful staff. I needed to get a document signature witnessed. I have been banking with Lloyds for 25 years (business, personal, mortgage), and had two forms of photo ID. Staff were \sorry\ but \couldn't\ help. I mean get a back bone somebody. I got a courier to do it in the end, he was from eastern Europe, thank goodness for immigrants at least they go out on a limb to get stuff done.
