Exceptional service. Pleasant and polite staff. Very informative and explain everything in layman's terms. They don't try and sell you anything. They advise and then you decide! Helped me out personally,especially over the last 12 months or so. I've been with TSB/Lloyd's since I was a teenager and don't intend switching banks!anytime soon! Always polite and very helpful with any questions
Current account holder for 10 years, booked an appointment with mortgage advisor to discuss mortgage option. Given a call ahead of the appointment and asked ‘what I wanted to discuss?’ Got told I don’t understand, person was very rude and unhelpful, will not be banking with Lloyds in the future.
I’ve been coming here for sometime now friendly staff one of the nicest banks in Ashton good place for pensions and investments.
Awful service. Incompetent noobs dont know what they are doing.
