Not impressed at all my husband took a 4 year old Honda mower in, which would not start. He received a phone call to say it needed a new thermal cutout at 130 this was agreed on then after two further trips to check on progress was told it was ready. It wouldn't start! Next phone call to say it was a write off my husband went in again and was presented with a bill The mechanic explained the problem very competently. The service manager argued about the charge and obviously lacks foresight as we will need a new machine. It seems the elderly are just a nuisance and small jobs not needed.

0 stars!!!! I would advise everyone against having anything to do with this organisation. I suggest you look for another retailer. My own personal experience with Lloyds was that their customer service is non existent. I recently purchased a vehicle from another organisation, who has stationed the vehicle at Lloyds. Unfortunately for me, when it was delivered to me, several hundres of miles away from Lloyds, I found out that a key part of the vehicle was missing. Without informing me, Lloyds had sold a key part of this vehicle to a local customer while the vehicle was sat at their yard. I was unable to use the expensive vehicle I had purchased. Lloyds had basically stolen a part of my vehicle. Theft! Lloyds then told me that the part of this vehicle had been stolen from their yard. The dealer I bought the vehicle from informed me that Lloyds had infact stolen the part of my vehicle and sold it. As I could not use the expensive vehicle I had recently bought, I incurred almost 1000 Pounds in costs having to hire alternative transport. Lloyds refused to admit this was their liability. Their efforts to replace the part they had sold was pathetic. Firstly they sent the wrong part which delayed the problem and compounde dmy frustration and anger further. Secondly, their incompetence was unbelievable. Thirdly, their lack of care was incredible. They simply did not care that I had incurred a four figure sum in hire charges because of their incompetence. I would personally advise anyone thinking of using this organisation for anything to find an alternative. Lloyds are atrocious.

5 or 6 of us from D&G classic car club go every Saturday morning for our breakfast & we all recomend the food hot or cold whatevers your fancy the staff are very cheery nothings a bother to them 10 out of 10 to them I personally travel 60mls round trip & look forward to it every Saturday cheers
