Great staff, Friendly and intelligent. I needed good thermal base layers, and was pointed in the right direction of the ideal items. I have told my friends to get their seasonal wear from here now. Thank you.

Really great professional customer service at the Llangollen Castle Street store...I went in for a tee shirt during the unusual UK heatwave and was treated so personably ( given tips about my upcoming Snowdonia and Offa’s Dyke hikes) that I returned a couple more times for all my hiking needs...different staff each time and the same courteous, knowledgeable service...
