Very good service. Just popped in for a snack which was good quality. Any unoccupied tables kept cleared and clean.

Was notified of a 25/30 minute wait upon arrival, which was fine. The portion sizes are not exactly worth the price. For the price i payed for an all day brunch, i expected the portions to be bigger.
Ordered two simple things - porridge and toasted teacake. No one else in the cafe. Food took over 20 minutes to arrive. The place was freezing cold too. Have always had great food and service here in the past so let's hope if was a one off.
Quick service and polite whilst under pressure. Great decor and layout, contemporary wood furnishings gave a pleasant vibe. Outside seating which catches the sun. Despite running out of a number of products due to how busy it was, food still came quickly and was delicious. The coffee was great and the staff knowledgable. Good value for good quality. Could do with putting their menu outside or in the window.
Waited 30 minutes for order. Then went to till advised girl there that my partner was diabetic and would have a refund for the food if it didn't come soon as he needed to eat soon. Was told it would be 2 mins. Think their clock is broken. Food not arrived 15 mins later. When it arrived about 10 mins later I had a black lump of something burned in my lasagne. Partners chicken was burned. Chips hardly cooked and hard. No apology for wait and no reason given for wait. We noticed other tables also had long wait. We even had to clean the table ourselves!!! Would not recommend and will not visit again . Only given one star because you cannot add comment if you give no stars.
